timescale Got spare money?

I would like to know what time standard Cov2 timescale is. I have my Civ2 CD and installation at my partent's home, so I can't check.

That is a question that has not been completely resolved even in these hallowed halls of wisdom - it is of course well known for Deity - but below that no-one has actually checked the often faulty data from the manual and strategy guides - I used the best information this (and Civ2 Strat + Civ2 MP) forum could provide to develop the oedo year chart in HutFinder - will try and find the thread to bump it...

There's a post over at Cfc (somewhere) that notes that map size makes a difference. That post only discusses King, Emperor & Deity, but I think that there might be differences at Prince as well.

My notes say Large Map Emperor = Normal King, and Small map King = normal Emperor.
