I'm working on a sim of our situation. The beginnings are located here. Feel free to check it out, and please tell me about any mistakes.  I have all terrain, resources, and overlays that we can see in, plus forts to temporarily mark on cities. Soon I'll add in our cities and units and start up the scenario so I can create a save file in which to C3MT in our current production stats. Once this is done, we should have a complete sim to help us mess around with longer-term plans, most especially long-term domestic plans.
