press alt+print screen (this copies your screen into the clipboard), then open a graphics editor and paste. Resize to 800x600 and insert here.

Ok well that didn't work as expected. It's says the file attached is too large and the upload service needs to be used. I think I'm screwing up big time. Eh well it's getting late here, I need bed.

What am I doing wrong? Am I supposed to attach the file? I press alt + print screen then paste into paint (cause I don't have any other ones) then resize it down then what??

Don't use the upload service as you will get banned for improper use.

Make the picture smaller or convert it to a lower quality jpeg.
