First, please tell me whether you got the last (fall) rsolution per email Siro told me he did not, wich confuses me because I sent it. If all of you did not recieve that email, there may have been a problem with my provider.

And another thing: shouldn't disbands be decided by the distance from the capitol (if the orders are not received, that is)... I'm quite sure it was written in the manual... oh well never mind.

OK I got the W01 Email.
By the way I have already sent my preliminary orders for this turn, please do so as well, other people. The game is not proceeding as you've noticed, and when it does it has an NMR. By now we've had 2.5 (one year) turns in 5 weeks and a half, and every single turn had one NMRing player. That's waaaay too slow.. as I've seen other game hare are running about 10 turns in such a period of time.... keep up guys!
