GM COMMENTS:

Hodad (Hogfather) is away for two weeks. He was seeking a replacement for all his games, but didn't find any takers. Napoleon has offered to take on China temporarily, and I am waiting on a confirmation from Hodad on this. In the meantime I'll establish deadlines anyway, and I'll keep everyone informed on the game status.

The 1888 (Fall) retreats are due on Monday February 5, 11:59 pm EST. Winter adjustments will be due on Tuesday February 6, 11:59 pm EST. The orders for 1890 (Spring) will be due Friday February 9, 11:59 pm EST.
