	I'm worried my cats will get the downstairs neighbors mad at me Lose 30 kilos (of popups)

They are tearing the place up something fierce. And this is an old wood house divided into duplexes and they are right under me. And the cats have decided that playing hunt each other by running up and down the stairs is fun. And they do it over and over. And the stairs are just wood stairs...

I really want some cats

I think that they are better indoor/outdoor (no messing with litterboxes) but my housemates don't agree

and one doesn't want a cat (because are landlords don't really want us to have one (past people did have one, so I bet we could also, but we still have to ask))

No. I never beat them. sometimes I get in their face alittle and rub em overhard and put them on their backs. But they love me so much that it doesn't matter. I would never beat the cats. They are real people.
