MAST sent us an offer of 100 gold and their world map unaccepted.
I added Map Making and our world map accepted.
MAST still needs Currency and Construction. They may already have
deals in place for those techs. We should check to be sure.

The barb camp that was near paradise is gone. I assume Tab or LL got it.
The one that was on the peninsula in the far west is also gone.
MAST probably got that one.

Moved Sunshinia citizen from the mined bonus grassland next to Happy Hills
to mined grassland on the other side of the river. Adjusted HH to use the mined
bonus grassland. No change to Sunshinia horsemen. HH warrior now in 2 turns.

Sunshinia could build a settler in 2 turns instead of the horsemen. In three turns
the city will grow again and require the lux slider or an entertainer. If we do the
settler then we will not have an entertainment problem for a while yet but that
means a delay in getting a second horsemen in the north. Gary and Bro are close
to home so they can help out with barbs but they will have a tough time battling
in the mountains.

A MAST worker is on their side of the border near Friendship city.
They may be working on a road to link up with us.
Looks like MAST does not have any luxes, while Tab has 3.

I agree on this course of action. Let's finish the horseman in Sunshinia, then start on the settler next. Barbarian hordes are coming shortly.
