Actually, it's not too bad if we wait and they do send it next turn, we'll have another 285g in the bank - totalling some 680g, I think. That's a couple of marketplaces in the new post-aqua cities we want to grow.

So, the cost of not researching for one turn would have it's compensation. Ig GoW are trying to mess us about and don't send it next turn either we just research it 4-turn. We actually budgeted for 5 turns if not 6 in our estimates, so it should be OK.

We have some low-shield cities about to expand in pop which could use some help getting marketplaces up. With chemistry's devaluation we can afford to harvest gold for one turn and then take it in four turns if GoW still don't send.
