Seems that the correct one would be:

Silva Mortiferum

Silva - a wood, forest; bush; a plantation, grove; a mass, plenty, abundance
Motiferum - deadly, death-bringing, causing death, fatal

Eh, not quite. Motiferum is neuter, silva is feminine. The correct form would be Silva Mortifera. (unless "mortiferum" is one of those weird indeclinable adjectives )
