A note to Austria: It seems that Turkey wishes to strike at your Italian friend. However, Turkey has no possible way of attacking your home centers this turn. It does need to make room for its new fleet though, and therefore can almost be counted on trying to move its fleet to Albania. However it cannot support this move; so you can easily bounce it out by playing A Tri-Alb.
This sacrifices hopes of stopping the Albanian move to Serbia, but that was hopeless anyway, all Turkey has to do is have Rumania and Bulgaria support the move and it's assured. Plus, you stave off that fleet making it to Albania, where it could enter the Adriatic unstopped and harm both of you.
