I think we should proceed with the monkey invasion as planned. Even if LL has a coastal route to our continent, they will not be able to mobilize in time to save Monkey.

But we must assume that they will contact Monkey eventually. We might want to re-think the map trade. I'm still waiting for an official Monkey reply on that...

We should explore the coast soon, it is important to know whether LL really does have a coastal route for galleys.

I agree with Cort Haus' conclusion - it's likely only a suicide galley.

I hardly think they are a threat, considering the suicide galley hypothesis.

Keep neutral in regard to LL diplomacy. I don't think it matters if they find out about our war planning, since we'll likely make a public annoucement of it.

Lastly, let's not worry about trying to get in contact with them. We're in no hurry to meet LL.

This is important news.
I think we should stop trading our maps. If we give our maps to monkey it is likely that they will send theirs to LL and we wont see the LL maps wich would be a disadvantage for us. The less they know about our land the better for us.
We should however try to make contact soon and try to sell them the contact to the Monkeys.
If they want to start an invasion then I doubt they are powerfull enough to mess up with us even if they should engage in war while we are fighting the monkeys.
Anyhow this makes the things a little bit more complex....
