I'd go for CPU, but I'd call it "Combined Planetary Union" or some such, to incorporate PEACE too. The initials work, it's a digital-like name, and it goes with our ethos, IMHO.

Or call it the Collective University of Conciousness? Not sure, but not so keen on the rest.

CPU is definately the acronym we should use. The real question is what the letters should stand for.

With different acronyms:
