I don't like this for a couple reasons:
If we dont get CGA peace by then, they can claim they can attack us now being on the same continent as them...bad move.
Ansars can move 3. unless CGN keeps units near, ansars can come out of the fog and attack (unless you want to quickly rush a temple, which isnt worth our gold).
I also dont want to see CGN go into "retreat mode" They are better off trying to hold those cities

I don't see a reason. They can just about as easily fall back with their army to heal. This only gains them a few turns at most.
ie) Falling back at a rate of 3 tiles per turn due to roads to a safe distance to heal, then fighting again should not be signicantly slower than warp all the way to the capital, heal up, then march all the way back to the front line at 3 tiles per turn.
This is even assuming I agree with unit warping being ok, which I dont.

I don't know why we didn't protest officially over the unit warping, its a far, far, far bigger deal (at least in my view) than the whole perpetual war thing.
You could argue firaxis intended war weariness to work as it does and be used to penalize republic/democracies that play as war mongers (and there is no doubt we started the war).
You can't very easily argue they intended for a early middle age civ to warp their entire civ across the world through city gifting/abandoning.

I am wholeheartedly against this plan. Warping is obviously an exploit, and we should not take advantage of it. I don't care if GCA used it first. I do not want to be part of a team that plays dirty under any circumstances. If we sink to the level of GCA, then we have no legitimacy when we argue against exploits used by other teams in the future.
There are many other valid and very strong arguments against using this plan, but this is the one I stand by. The most important part of playing this game is keeping it FAIR. If we use one exploit, we might as well use them all.
