Actualy though I think the "what dose it mean?" question should be come a gag, we all should show no consistency with what it standsfor, all members refer to the faction as anything they like as long at it works out to CPU. This will confruse our enemies to no end!!

I'd say just use CPU for official things, and use whatever we wish it to stand for. If want to hold a party for the Chironian Paintstrippers Union, then we'd know exactly what was meant
