	Far Cry looks freakin' sweet Remove this text

Check out the demo that was released recently (search fileplanet for it or use the links at www.megagames.com). The game looks amazing. The view distance is something like 4 kilometers and it runs fine on my GF4 TI 4200 and Athlon 1800+ system, which isn't fast by any means. I am really looking forward to this game now.

I love how it looks. My download of the demo sadly interrupted in the middle of the night (489 Mb! ), but I sure hope I'll have this gem on my harddrive soon

heh. i download files that big every once and a while on 28.8k. i once downloaded 400mb over 2 days without getting disconnected.

That is where the Crytek press release appears to be more comforting as it claims that Development of the eagerly awaited Far Cry was only delayed for three hours... finishing the matter off with the following Crytek would like to assure its fans that completion of Far Cry remains on track. Whatever the developer may have done wrong or not it would really be a great shame if such a well-made and highly anticipated game was to be delayed or see its production postponed simply because someone got careless with the licenses.
