GM COMMENTS:

A proposal to conceed to game to Germany as a solo victory has been tabled. Votes will will due with the Winter adjustments (Tuesday). A unanimous vote is required for passage. Therefore a single NO vote kills the proposal. Abstentions count as a NO vote. An abstention and an NMR counts as a YES vote.

There are no Fall 2021 retreats necessary. Therfore Winter 2021 adjustments will be due Monday, March 12, 23:59 EST. Fall 2021 orders will be due Thursday, March 15, 23:59 EST.

As for the vote, I encourage all to conceede. Given Gerwald's tactical skills, it is quite clear that stopping a solo is more than quite impossible, and I personally will not waste any more time trying to get him to stop Germany, because he's clearly not up to it.
