	Leader/Armies Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I just started playing Civ3 and just got my first leader. I'd love to "load" units into the army he created, but unfortunately, the manual doesn't exactly tell you how that "loading" is supposed to work.

I moved the leader into a city, he had movement left, I clicked the "build army" button when my leader was highlighted, and he built an army, but I couldn't figure out the mechanism by which other units were supposed to join him. Am I supposed to be pushing "J" or something?

Any units in the city that has movement points can be selcted and will have a button to load them. Well any unit that is allowed to be in an army.
You could move the army as an empty unit to any site that had units you wanted to load.
If you can, it is often a good idea to use units with the same movement. IOW horses if mixed with Swords will cause you to lose a movement point.
