I just received a message from Archaic re PBems games in which he plays.

From the sound of it, why Archaic must have been at University Base when Flubber nuked it in RTT!

Well, the hands are still pretty shot to pieces, it'll be a while before I'm typing at 120 words a minute again, but I can finally play again at least. All the turns I had (BoP, NWJ, FAMH & BE2) have been forwarded to the next players in line.

Figured I may as well use this thread again, instead of making a new one. Just a reminder to everyone I'm in PBEM's with, in case you hadn't heard about it earlier. On March 1st, I leave for Nagoya, Japan, and will be without internet for an interderminate amount of time. On the plus side....I already know my dorm room is equipped to handle T1 and T3 level connections, the only thing is I'll have to wait a little bit for it to be set up.

Currently coming to you from a net café, less than 12 hours before I leave for Japan. I'll send all the turns I currently have on the day I get my internet connection hooked up, or when the University enables my on campus internet, whichever comes first.

I'm on the internet here at Uni ATM. No internet in the dorm as yet, I need to get my Gaijin card and Hanko before I can sign up for that, and I won't have those until Friday afternoon. I should be able to get the three turns I've recieved (BofP, BE2 and AW) to everyone soon. I need to buy a CD-RW so I can transport the files here. However, since there's no 3 1/4 disk drive on my laptop, and no burner here, I can't transport files back, so any other games I'm in will have to wait. Sorry. Also, since my hotmail seems to be totally full every time I manage to quickly get on and check it, I suggest you use nospampleasearchaic@nocturnal.comnospamplease for now.

Any word from Archaic recently.

I have sent Battleship earth and Alien Water turns to him and GT I think sent Race for the Prize. Then there is the BofP and FAHM games.

Archaic speak and re emerge from Japaneses Culture and leave the school girls to Kass.

It's not looking good. A month is a reasonable amount of time to get yourself organised. Perhaps a replacement- temporary or otherwise is in order. It's a shame as most of these games are very well advanced.
