February Consul Election Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

Why on earth no-one else started this on Saturday (Feb 7) when it should have been started I don't know, but here goes:

Who should be next Consul?

1. Arnelos
2. John Q. Peel, the Banana

Support Apolyton, buy Alpha Centauri

I think I may have problems with perhaps a few fans of early 19th Century British parliamentary politics running against a guy named Peel, but confidence in the campaign is still relatively high.

(and to think that I wasn't even thinking of Sir Robert Peel when I first made up the banana name for this round of voting )

John peel is a well known radio DJ for the BBC.

I think Mr Peel would make a very good consul, he usually sounds very astute and objective. The only problem is I think he may be a republican, so I voted for Arn instead.

Got spare money?

I know there is no need to vote. But anyway, I wanted to give my explicit support to Arnelos

Thank you all.

Now that I've finally gotten mod powers (after 3 months of not having them - BIG THANKS TO MrWIA AND DANQ! ), I'll detop this thread.

Work ethic. All it took was a nice grovelling email to Dan. Anyone could have done this.... Unless you are all scared of Dan for some reason.

Oh, and thanks appreciated, Arn.

* MrWhereItsAt looks at Trip and MZ.

Well?

Actually, I had already PMed DanQ months ago and got nothing for that, either.

I must not have grovelled enough, I guess. It's a good thing we have Former Consul lackeys to do that, right?

Thanks for the help.
