T97 - 630bc Got spare money?

I see the save has been passed, so...

From the WAR PLAN:

T97: Python reaches Ciao33. Rush barracks in SF for 132 gold. 12 warriors move into SF. Horseman at Swindon12 moves to Corinth. Archer and spear off the road near Corinth (screening our warriors) move back onto the road. Settler builds new city on forest west of Swindon. Settler complete in Izzardia, moves 211.

Ok, obviously some of this isn't quite right. We've used all spears to screen our warriors and frankly the more I think about it, the more I think they should stay put. Python will be coming down that road pretty soon, and I'd rather Monkey got used to the screen.

Also, I think the horseman in Corinth should move to Silkfest. I want him there so he can move out with the main stack in 2 turns. If he stays in Corinth, he will be cut off because Python will be at Corinth23.

WORKER/SETTLER/CITY ORDERS:

Badcrumble founded 744 of Swindon. WF to cow, start working on something big (CH, Market). Worker at CoS7 irrigates. Mine at Sw1 complete, Swindon4 move to Ciao21.

Izzardia: Settler complete, size5, 10f. WF for +5fpt, +10spt. Build worker. Settler moves westward as best he can. He's slated for the the west coast.

Python haven't sent the gold. That's a good start.

LL are still pushing Polytheism up our noses.

Python did send us a world map, though. There's also a Barb camp down at Gibbon-22333 near the Mapmaking hut, and one right down the end of the SW spur of the continent.

The Swindon four can't move this turn - as I said in a recent turn thread. Python will have to wait for them, but they have to group their stack up anyway.

What about NW5 at Izz-2?

Got spare money?

FP moves 9
LL warrior back on boat heading north. Watchers pull back, with scout going south
Spear wall stays put

As for the warrior next to the barb-stack - fortify I suppose.

NW 5 can join NW2 irrigating Sil-89.

No gold from Python = bad.
No move workers = my bad. No biggie though, since they need to group their stack anyway.
Barb galley = expected. Move 9 and fort is good.

Barb camp in far SW = bad. Damn. Many turns from now, 16 barb horse are going to appear out of the Fog and nail one of our cities. FP will have to keep watch.

I'd move our southern regular warrior6 (next to the camp) and hope the horsies go for the Pythonian warrior and/or a Monkey city.

Python can be in SF (or at SF11) on T101, eh? So we would gift it on our T100. Meaning our forces move out on T99, meaning upgrades on T98 (next turn)... yeah, that's right.

I will PM OctavianX & Sir Ralph regarding the barracks money and our worker stack.

Hang on about NW5 for a sec... lemme have a look at something.

NW5... 223 to jungle at Silesia3? Begins clearing next turn (T98)? Finishes on T122.

We're gonna have to clear that tile some time. Let's get started.

Wow, that was fast. Did you rush the barracks, or hold off a turn? Either works, I think.
