GM COMMENTS:

The proposal to end the game in a three way draw between Japan, Holland, and France did not receive a unanimous approval, and therefore has been defeated.

There are no necessary retreats for 1904 (Fall) The 1904 (Winter) adjustments will be due Monday April 2, 23:59 EST. The 1906 (Spring) orders will be due Thursday April 5, 23:59 EST.

Apolyton seems to be down today, but the game is forging on. I'll post the results there as soon as possible.
