	New Contact System Tired of ads?

We've installed a new system for your communication with us.

Instead of direct mail, this page will be used
http://apolyton.net/about/contact.php

The system allows for
- storage of all messages in a database
- tracking messages via a unique id number
- easier way for us to see which member of the team responded to which message and which messages are unanswered
- integration of all communication (general issues, forum reports, account problems, news reporting) to one system

All of the above is mainly for us, but this will actually mean that we'll be able to respond faster to mails. For users, practically the only change is that instead of mailing us, you'll be using this form. You'll recieve our reply to the mail that you will put in the form.

I used it a couple times... Don't know how much it helped then, though, because both times the situation was the same: I log in, go into the Stories forum, see some dude post something about cartoon porn or about visiting his site, report it to moderator, go back to the control panel and realize that he's posted the same thing in *all* other forums I'm subscribed to, so I couldn't be the first, nor the only one to report the spam.

I've used it on occasion.

There was one spammer who's posts were promptly deleted from the off-topic and other games forum. The mods missed his spam in the RoN forum though, so that was reported as a community service.

And I report Spikies posts every so often just for the hell of it.

That being said, if the mods deem these reports serious enough, they will certainly be in contact with you.
