Ok I was being facetious.

If you dont have ambasadors how are you going to be more efficient?

You are caught in a vicious circle.

And I believe this issue is bigger than just diplomacy, it relates to the "climate" in this game and how conducive it is to encouraging participation.

Which is really IMHO the basic thing we need to work on.

But this is a good place to start.

However limiting freedom of speach so to speak is going to only alienate people as I said earlier.

I say we have a UN Rep, Im not convinced he should be elected, Ill wait to see what some others have to say.

precisely we have felt that not only our UN liasions must be improved but also the whole FAM apparatus. Thankfully, Togas is quite aware of that and hence the reason why he started this thread ( http://www.apolyton.net/forums/show...threadid=109128 ) which should also answer most of your worries regarding the role of the ambassadors (which btw, I recommened you to be one of )

Sure! Pay off the dissenters! That'll quiet 'em up.

That said, conmcb25 would make a great ambassador.
