I go for one of the internal slots. DAD or IAF.

Further more, to confuse outsiders with acronyms and inside clarification, I propose to name the IAF, CIA (Consciousness Internal Affairs and for the fellow office in PUT, I suggest PUB (Planetary University Bureau)

Could be fun to watch members of other factions comment on titles in our signatories like PUB, CIA and MAF.

I'll go for Foreign Affairs. Although tempted with Military Affairs. If someone particularly wants one of them, I'll take the other. If not then put me down for Foreign Affairs.

It's funny, but I'd be against it for RP reasons. logic dictates a logical system, and one whereby all officials are "xxxxxx Function" is logical.

What are the names for our and PUTs islands? Should we also have a function in charge of former PEACE colonies? Then it could be like governors. They would all be "[name of territory] Governing Function"s.

I agree about a consistent "function" naming system when it's about the Consciousness. However not when we're talking about naming new PUT government positions. The CPU federation of PUT and CyCon is one between equally valued partners. Due to no other active PUTers besides Archaic, much of the actions are in reality decided by cyborgs, but at least in roleplay there should IMHO remain an autonomous PUT regional government, and we shouldn't call the guy responsible for PUT domestic affairs a "governing function", as that indicates we would have taken over complete control in a hostile way and appointed our own men.

"Trantor" for CC main continent with Apolyton Prime on it. And IIRC "Solaris" for the southern part of our continent, which is seperated from Trantor by the Boolean Bay.
Perhaps PUT's island could be called "Campus Island"?

I don't think it means hostile. It means equal, since it's named the same as the governoing funtion of our island. However I do see your point. We could allow PUT members (or just Archaic) to decide? However Foreign Affairs is not a PUT position. Also, remember we are not one government, effectively one nation. CyCons can run for PUT positions, and vice versa. We are unified. Therefore one system would seem logical, for all of them. I don't see a distinction between PUT positions/members and CyCon positions/members, since we're all one government.

Alecrast is better, IMHO. I'd go for Alecrast Governing Function, but I'd say let PUT decide. Or vote for it. Or let the first inhabitant of the position decide.

I still suggest PUB (Planetary University Bureau). Would hate to feel like a DAD to all those Alecrast inhabitants

And for CC lands. Are they already named in the beginning? Otherwise I suggest 'Centrus' for the main body, Solaris looks ok, and let's call the former PEACE territoria 'Aquaria'

Actualy the region south of Bolean Bay is called Cydonya. Solaris was put forward as a name for the lands East of And/Or Gate.

Also we need a new name for the Yardarm Island and the Island Mega Rebot and Little Accident are on, any ideas?

Looks like the internal affairs from both CC and PUT will have to be done by one member.
I hope Impaler's computer is ready soon, since he's the most likely one to fill a slot.

Computer is scedualed to be back up on Friday.

Its a new AMD Athalon 64 Bit, with a Gig of Ram, 120 Gig Hard Drive in a sweet black case.

I feel I can handle both Uni and Cycon Internals and will emphisis building up Cycon territory and Defending Uni territory.
