ADCT: The Tournament of Champions S1907 Support Apolyton, buy Civilization 2

Well, from this turn's order, it is immediately obvious that any attempts at a Grand Alliance were stillborn; France and Italy steal valuable units from the two buffer countries of Germany and Turkey, and Russia will soon win. The only question is whether that victory comes with the conquest of Munich, Trieste, or even Edinburgh.
