There was some talk in the CyCon Rec Commons about a Chess Tourney. Sound like a good idea? If you want to play, post here. We could expand it to the main forum if you wish, or keep it CyCon only?

Post moves here. Use own boards. And one player not playing with be GM, just to check all moves are legal, and post board positions if needed. Looks like no-one else is going to enter.
I have thrown all names in a hat, the first 3 drawn were Archaic, myself and Ouro. Therefore Pande will play GeoModder as a prelim, so we get an even number for the knockouts. I can GM Pande and Geo's game, unless either of them objects.

5 people already. I'll aim for 8 to get it started. Should we use the main board and include others, or keep it CyCon only?
I doubt it will, so let's keep it here. Need 8 people for a tourney though, so start signing up. I'll leave this here for another 24 hours, then we'll start with what he have, and gives random bys if we have less than 8 people.
