We settled 6 cities since the last planning pic I have

Here's my new proposal (holding to the old lettering; OX stands for Outpost X. The Outposts will be sup-par cities for expanding our culture o'er the land, though they should be able to get some commerce from the coast):

I'ld like D and E before C, personally. I think C is more of a back-fill city, let's go grab some land first before settling there.

We already have a settler in Moo-Shu; I'm thinking it and the one from Dim Sum can settle D and E.

Where do we send the Chow Mein settler? G?

Another possibility is to settle that OE site - with a fish and game it is a decent site that should produce some shields. Also we could settle near the incense to prevent someone from settling there. The western chokepoint is another possibility.

However, my view is that a city on the west coast may now be needed for observational purposes.
