Excellent!
A few suggestions:
-Vyborg/Viipuri(the original Finnish name of the city) was captured by the USSR in the Winter War. 1936 it was still Finnish.
-Narva is an Estonian city.
-I don't know if the island in 93,5 is supposed to be Kronstadt (should be closer to Leningrad) or Seiskari (the position is correct but it's a tiny island). If it's Seiskari it should be Finnish.
-Daugavpils should be Latvian.
Sorry to be nitpicking.

Permission to uploat it to the Spanish Civilization Site, Case? |
Sure, I'd be honoured to have it on the site.

i became dizzy only looking at the number of cities, although you could have had more neutral cities (asia minor doesnt even have Smyrna, which was a very important city at the time |
Almost all of the Turkish and Spanish cities were left out on the grounds that these countries were, for differing reasons, simultanously marginalised and too tough to invade in the time the scenario covers (Spain went through a ruinous civil war, and the Turkish government made a deliberate decision to keep out of international politics, while maintaining a very powerful Army to keep the Soviets and then the Germans at bay).

Thank you for the nitpicking - all feedback is good, especially the kind which stops me from looking like an ignoramus
I'll make all those changes. The island is ment to be Kronstant, and it's where it is because I didn't want it to be accessable from the land.

Sappers are combat engineers.

Liepzig should be Leipzig
and Koingsberg should be Königsberg

Thanks. I knew that Königsberg was spelled incorectly, but I'm too dumb to know how to add umlats

Psst. Your email looks informative and clear, but I want to reread it before sending a foreigner's comments. |
OK, there's no rush with it.

I could offer tons of tweaked units and other graphics for the next version. If you want/need them just give me a ring, won´t you? |
Sure, I'll definetly keep that in mind
However, I rather like all the graphics at the moment Which ones do you sugest that I change?
On a related topic, I'm not wedded to keeping all the current units. If you don't like any of them or think that others are more deserving of inclusion, please let me know. Replacing all the civ-specific units with more generic units is certainly on the cards, as is adding more civ-specific French and Italian units in the place of some of the British and German specific units.

Since we're talking city names, the place you have called 'Kingston' (Kingston-upon-Hull) is always referred to as Hull. |
Thanks, I'll fix that
....But Kingston certainly sounds more romantic

But now you've posted it like that, he could simply copy-paste it into the rules. |
Yep, that's what I thought when I saw it. However, I'm sure that there's some ALT+NUMBER code I can punch in to my keyboard to get umlats if it comes to it.

No, That's rather weird. While the Italians should lag behind the French and Germans, the difference shouldn't be that big! Tech progress is intentionally meant to be quick, but I may have gone overboard.
quote: P.S. Caio Duilio movement is set to 4 while King George V is set to 10; sounds odd. |
Argh! I thought that I'd fixed all those problems.
quote: P.P.S You should substitute Caio Duilio class battleships (that were WWI capital ships extensively rebuilt) with Vittorio Veneto class (actually in service in 1940). I'll make the unit for you if you need it |
I chose the Caio Duilios on the grounds that they were, in my opinion, the best ships Italy had during most of the scenarios timeframe. From memory, their rebuilds were very succesful (much as the upgraded British Queen Elizabeth class were still some of the best ships afloat in 1939).

I live in Hull. Trust me, it's anything but romantic. |
I didn't think that it was My mental image of all British cities on or near the coast involves mud flats, pebbly beaches, abandoned docks, fog and dead stuff in the water. 'Kingston' certainly sounds more attractive then 'Hull' though
