What is the difference between radar stations and listening posts?
Also, is there a way to modify the percentage amounts for research pacts so that I can recieve a greater Science beneft for research pacts?

Radar stations have a range of 7 whereas listening posts have a range of 3. Be careful though. The distance is not as the crow flies; it is as the city boundries are setup.
I've never really dealt with research pacts.:shrug:

Actually those values depend a little bit on the mods as well. For the vanilla game they are true. But don't be surprise when playing a mod, that they might be different.
