5th X Avatar Enlargement: We've got the solution

I have discovered 4 X's, and I have an armada task force incoming with the 5th. But it just wont arrive!!!

The other got back within 5 or so turns, but the last one is taking more than 30 turn....

Any ideas why this is...????

I don't remember if it took so long for the last one to arrive. Did it arrive now? Could be that it's supposed to give a last chance to other nations in the game.

Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations

Stardate 5423.3: We have been wating for about 70 turns now(?!!?) and the Task Force has still not returned. 10 of 18 ships have already been lost on their way back. We are beginning to suspect they have found the elerian homeworld and are making out with the native population. I guess we're not going to see them, ever....

Increase Your PM Length

The 5th task force should have already sent the info and the tech should be researched...if not, it means someone else got it first.

They will never get home, though. It's some sort of odd bug in the game, but the last task force never gets back.

Depends. You'd have to conquer the guy who got the 5th X, and I don't know that there's any way to find out who that is.

Thanks for the info. I started a new game cause I didnt feel like conquering the whole (huge) galaxy (diplomatic win disabled...)
