In the far reaches of the Galaxy lies a quiet star system. Of the thirteen planets, we look on the fifth for this story.

For several thousand years the people have quietly wandered and enjoyed the vaste resources wherever they have wanted.

Actually the planet Hoth featured in Star Wars V, the 'Ice Planet' where the rebels hid for a bit before getting humped by those camel things.

Shogun, as I mentioned above (second post), Hoth is that ice planet in Star Wars V. In that particular galaxy however, it was the 6th planet.

And no, I'm not a Star Wars freak in the slightest!

I think you are thinking about Star Trek. That's the TV series where new species of aliens are met regualry,

In Star Wars, Galaxy wide travel is common place and species live all over the place.

Hoth was an ice planet that harbored a hidden base of military operations for the Rebel Alliance in Star Wars episode 5, "The Empire Strikes Back"
