Well, well, well. Something is going on over at the other continent. See the comments from Octavian X about the turn delay. I had suspected something was happening for a while now. A few turns ago the pace of the game slowed down and turns from the other continent were taking much longer.

I didn't have a chance to play before I left for work. I opened up the game to take a look. Our World Map offer to Tab came back again with no changes. MAST sent us an offer of their Territory Map (not WM?) and 80 gold. I assume the gold, along with Republic they previously sent us, is for Engineering. Shall I send them Engineering?

Sent back an offer of our World Map accepted. Funny, they don’t need Engineering. I wonder if I sent it to
them last turn and forgot to record it in the turn report. I know I was considering it but I don't remember doing it.
