Here are all of the suggestions that have not yet received enough votes to be inducted. Just so that some of you know, we probably need at least a few more to be inducted to complete out our upcoming city expansion.

...also, Cyrene should be in Sahara (sites 9-11) and Mauretania should be in Morocco (sites 4-8)!
