In the discussion with Bongo, we have reached an agreement for limits in the range of 3 to 5.

If you have to choose between 1, 3 or 5, what would you go for?

If I had to choose one, it would be 5, but I would still prefer out right banning.

But since the votes on the other options in the former poll were so few, I have decreased the options to these three only. These three option are also options that can negotiated, more extreme options can't. The former poll was therefore more an exploratory poll.

GWT prefers 3-5 and would be happy with 5. GWT also says they will be able to get GCA to agree to 5 as well, even if they have to do so forceably.

I'd like to note that it's a little funny how GWT and APO are the ones talking about and making up the rules for the game, while GCA, CGN and CFC stay to the sidelines.

I must say that GWT has been very cordial in these discusssions and I think they are just out for a fair game as is APO. I think they see us in the same light as well. It's good to see these discussions take place in the manner they are being done. I'm also very glad that Aidun has stepped up for the FAM to do this job. Thanks Aidun

In the Cold War, the US and the Soviet Union were together making up the rules for the world. CGN is clearly a declining power (compare with Brittain after WW I) , GWT is the current super power and Apolyton is a growing power that may become the superpower of the future.
