The way this works is that I post your request in the GS forum. The team will discuss it. If no one objects you can be admitted. It takes a little time, maybe up to a week to allow for everyone to see the request.

I will let you know what happens. I am quite busy at the moment, so if you do not hear from me by next Sunday feel free to send me a reminder.

well, we initially made the system so that any negative vote would keep people out (black ball). That means that normally everyone is welcome, unless somebody objects. I don't see any black balls being cast, but the only member we ever refused (flash) also had 5 white balls before the first black ball was dropped in the basket... and in hindsight a good thing we kept him out too. He joined Vox, right before the war

We should let it run a while. There are a few not heard from, and I did tell him it could take up to a week.

Age should not be an issue. This forum is very tame from what I know, and I have seen many youngsters on this site who put older people to shame for maturity.

Keep in mind that I can ban from this sub-forum as well as grant entry. Never done it, but I suppose it would work.

This is strange to even consider. I've never looked at age within GS, I mean, I know more or less your age groups, but it never was something I kept in mind when posting. It's not that any of us post hardcore porn stories or something like that

Actually, it's good to have some differences here, makes the interaction more fun. Where else than on a forum like this could you freely talk to someone half your age without feeling old?

Nobody ever said I actually like the Hickman mascot. A nude running baby has to be up there with some of the other bad mascots... (though that doesn't mean a Bruin is any better )
