Save arrived just before midnight Eastern time.
The Consuls, due to the rule set earlier, will only play saves when a scheduled chattime comes up for the playing of the save (or at any point after that). The next such time is 3 p.m. EST Sunday, March 14th (2000 GMT Sunday, March 14th).
This rule is in place so that the Consuls and the Ministers (especially E_T) have a chance to look at the save before any one Consul rushes to play it without consulting the rest of the cabinet.
Trip has said that he may not be available at that time. Master Zen is back from his trip, so hopefully he will be available. I will most likely be available between roughly 1 p.m. EST and 3:30 p.m. EST, but no later (I have something that I *must* be to by 4 p.m. EST).
As per the same rule, if none of us starts play by 3 p.m. EST, ANY Consul may start play of the save at the earliest possible time after that scheduled chattime.
For me, I will be busy most of tomorrow evening, but I will be back late tomorrow evening and can play then. I am not entirely sure of Master Zen or Trip's schedule, but if either is free to play the save at or after 3 p.m. EST.
Again, this rule is in place to prevent anyone from just rushing to play the save rather than consulting everyone else.
For future reference, if people want to be around for turnchats, the two times that are scheduled for regular chattimes are 3 p.m. EST (2000 GMT) and 9 p.m. EST (0200 GMT).
