I think a culture flip is unlikely. Our brave people would never stoop to the level of the heathen Aztecs.

Really, we only border them at the very edge of their sphere of influence. If you look at the culture chart aztec=zip.

Pop - all viking
no roads connecting to their capitol
far away from our cultural center
close to their cultural center
damage to us if they flip - low.

Ignore it for now. Low chance they will flip (but it is a posibility) and even if one of them does, it will not cause us any significant harm until we can simply take over their entire island anyways.
