He attempted to launch at Spaced Cowboy, but the attempt was blocked by Skanky's spy. Meanwhile, Hercules built the city of Xoom, and Spaced Cowboy's continuing inactivity caused frightened people to abandon the city of Hometown, built to celebrate victory over the Doc.
