How do I exploit sea resources? I know that to exploit land resources I send a merchant out to build a hut, and to exploit oil I send a citizen out to build an oil rig, but I don't know how to exploit whales. I know that I can't send a merchant to them, because when I did the merchant stayed in his barge. Do I just send a fishing boat to it? Are there other sea resources other than fish, oil, and whales?

just send a fishing boat to it, and no there is no other resources than the 3 u listed

yeah but good luck to build an oil rig with a fishing boat ^^ use fishing boat for whale & so on and use just normal builders to make oil rigs in the water just upgrade Sience2 aso

or u could destory there dock and there oil rig so they cant make any ships to destroy yours
