Apologies Put an end to popups!

To the team:

I apologize for my lack of activity during the past week or so. I have entered the final stage of my thesis, I have to finish my regressions by friday and hopefully the whole thing by monday (end of next week at the very latest), use holy week for final corrections and hopefully defend it during the 2nd week of April.

Thus, I have been extreeeemely busy and really have not had time to thoroughly read on the issues and make though-out comments on them. I will nevertheless squeeze some time to be able to play the next save tomorrow.

That being said, I am still quite willing to run for Consul again since after mid-April I will have much more free time on my hands

Once again, apologies.
