I see it differently, because God sees a lot more than players do. Players see one side of a "five" sided coin. God sees them all.
Again, there are a lot of things I can't say because I'm god that would probably directly influcing voting (For example, something you sent me Maniac). Most people voted on that issue simply based on their perceptions and experiences. However I know what is really going on since I simply have access to more information than they do about, well, everything that goes on in the game
