I disagree with this for one primary reason. I don't think rules should change midgame without the CMN's consent. Rules were voted for in the begining, and agreed upon. Changing them on the whim of the people, when it may affect one faction adversely more than others, is bad form, IMHO. However if everyone agrees, or if the CMN thinks it's ok too, then it's ok. Also, it depends how the poll is worded. Many polls before we were unsure about. Also, as Tass says, the CMN sees all, the voters don't.
But hey, I'm happy with it either way, and I doubt they'll be a problem with either from not on

HongHu, if this is your first time, ask for the driving school - then it does not even go for your record, so insurance will stay at the same rate. You will have to listen to some driving course for a couple of hours or something.
