Are 1-2 AI boosted factions played by players and a main DG then so opposite of your opinion?

PUT was in the end played by one guy (prior to CPU), and Drones were appearantly largely under control of Buster, no hardship has been exchanged with those two AFAIK. Another DG could have the same.

It's the amount of effort expended on diplomacy that is part of my concern. I would rather work on in-game tactics, and see several turns at once so I can actually SEE a plan working rather than having a turn every day or two. Plus personally I want to learh how to play the game well as in SP - I don't need to learn how to talk with people via posts or chat.

Basically, Hive/Drones alliance just needs to conquer as many CyCon bases 'till they have a 3/4 majority for a succesfull 'unite behind the leader' victory'.
