ISSUES OF NOTE
We need to have actual contact with CDG ... send them an email, perhaps. Let them know that we agree to WC for BW.
CDG is going to get rather worried about our warrir right next to their barb. If they move or cover it and we move away next turn, they'll learn to trust us. If they leave it there and we move, they'll learn to trust us. If they panic and talk to us and we tell them we'll move and then DO move, they'll trust us. Ultimately, it's not a bad venture, even if Uber KruX suggested it.
We are 2 in Pop, 2 in Manuf, 2 in GNP. 3 in Land Area.
We are still the only city that's size 3.

PAL's capital didn't drop in population. This means they have really received a free settler.
Edit:
Oops, they did - around 3300 BC. In 3350 BC they were at population 3 and in 3250 BC they were already at two. I wonder if they have made a settler in the time they reched population 4 or they have just created another worker for their settler.
The other capital I have seen to drop in population was the german team - also around 3300 bc.
