For those unfamiliar with Simtropolis *cough* Jamski *cough* it is (...was?) to Sim City 4 what Apolyton is to the Civilization series: A fan-based community centering on a game, making available user-made mods and downloads, lively forums, and updates from developers.

Simtroplis is fan-made. It's existance has nothing to do with Maxis' operation.

I just checked it out...There was this one Simcity site that was really really good, but having financial troubles and I was hoping and praying that this wasn't it....It is.
Looks like I'll need to find a new Simcity site
