Dance Dance for the Revolution!

Spacius begins by hurling a hyped-up negative attack campaign at the Doc, coming from many different angles. While powerful, the Doc manages to put a spin on it, and it fails to connect with its target audience. This leaves the Doc with little left to counter-attack with, and Spacius's ad team hasn't left any openings to exploit.
The two regroup, check their pollings, and make some mild references to each others miiltary history, but nothing that does any damage.
Then Spacius again forms an oblique attack by digging through Doc past, and uncovers some compromising photos of him and an ex-mistress. The jab strikes deep into the Doc's ego, sending him reeling. Before Spacius can follow up with a coup-de-grace, the Doc flings a retort about "his mother', which digs deep under Spacius's skin. Both fighters return to their party headquarters.
The Doc has 27 hp left, and Spacius 15.
Well, it could've happened that way.

The crowd eagerly awaits some action after the lack of any violence last round. And they are not disappointed. Straight away, The Doctor launches into a flurry of blows, dodging left and then right, spinning, twirling, faking and then finally landing a blow to Spacius' head. In order to describe it, I would have to imagine a Brazilian football player using that amount of flair and skill with his sword, as opposed to a football. It is quite spectacular. Spacius' guard is up during the entire flurry, but the tenacity and flair of the blows eluded him completely. He wabbles, almost falling, but managed to right himself and goes for his trademark little nick on the way past, but to no avail. Somehow, in that flurry, The Doctor managed to keep some semblance of defense up to parry Spacius' retaliation.
Again, Spacius tries to dodge out the way, and looks like he might manage it, but again, the fantastic skill of The Doctor is almost undefensable, and his rapier wit pierces Spacius. No-one is quite sure where, or indeed how, but the effect is evident. Spacius stands there, motionless. He doesn't flinch, or fall, or attempt to retaliate. It is almost like he is grounded in cement. He remains as such for a good few seconds, before someone in the crowd shouts at him to fight back. Still nothing. A real doctor rushes on to see what has happened. He feels for a listens for breathing - nothing. He puts his head on Spacius' chest - nothing. He tests for a pulse - nothing. The physician is not sure what's happened, but by all legal means, Spacius Maxiumus is dead. The Doctor stands there, smiling, through the whole procedure. He knows. He is the only one, but he knows. He turns to look around at the crowd. He has made it. he has redeemed himself for his failure in the last championship. He has won. He is champion.
Lord Drogue rushes up to pronounce him the winner. He lifts the arms of The Doctor into the air, and salutes the crowd. He then takes the trophy of a hastily constructed platform in the middle of the arena, and hands the large silver cup to him. All through this, Spacius stands motionless.
The crowd cheers their new champion. A worthy champion, who fought with grace, style, flair and viciousness; who gave the crowd blood and entertainment; and who exited the tournament alive and victorious.
Congratulations to The Doctor, who has won Gladiator III with 60 HP left, in 5 rounds.
