1) We're continuing to work with our hosts on this. Since we're not alone on this world  and since things are not entirely on our hands, this isn't a quick process
2) As other have mentioned, if you dont close the pop-up and just leave it there, it wont open up or get back in front of you. This isn't the best solution, but it's something

Yeah I worked out the minimise solution myself but when I'm on my office computer, I still get a "do you want to download macromedia?" screen whenever the frigging UGO ad appears. Please remember those of us who use workplace or university terminals, i.e. are behind firewalls or on networks, cannot change settings or download software to fix this HORROR

I think it may be if you're using AOL browser or something. If you are, then it opens up a new window every time.

Fear not! PROT's Irritant Sabotage Squad (PISS) has been despatched to UGO. Soon, very soon, not only will there be no more pop ups, there will be no UGO.

In order to have an accurate image of the issue, please send an e-mail to irex@gamestats.com stating your name, e-mail and the reason of your concern or the specific problem caused by this pop-up
if there are enough complaints from the whole network, something will be done, as it happened in previous occasions. if there aren't, it seems that we will have to wait until this campaign is over, as it seems that this is a special thing(it's the first time we ever had a pop-up)
