Alt Civ Newsbox options link to about:blank Full PM-box? Change here!

Pls, change this. When I select the Alt. Civ entry in the Newsbox e.g.: "NEW CIV GAME ON THE WORKS" and press "Go (New)" then a new window is opened that links to about:blank. Please fix that.
