Question for Tass Increase the size of your Attachments

Tass, is any faction allowed to conquer the last base of a faction?

I'm thinking that with Drones being the last in line to play their turn, they can take the last PUT base (Caboolture) and supposedly NOT cause the 'delete player' bug.

Would they for this reason be allowed to take the last base of any faction, or must they allow the self destruction.

Its not fair if they take the base, gaining another city when every other faction does not have that option due to a bug. Fair is fair.
