how to rename my freeciv server ? Browse Apolyton AD-FREE

Hello,

I begin in server setting and I use Win XP (sorry!): i would like to know how to give another name to my server than my own adress. Indeed, most of the servers are called "pubserver.freeciv.org" and I wonder how its possible to give this name or another one, more explicit.

I've tried to give the parameter " -s [anothername]" and "--server [anothername]" in execute line but civserver.exe doesn't recognize them like correct options.
If someone may help me...
